In a world filled with noise and chaos, the ability to focus, prioritize and move away from rigid thinking to a growth mindset is a true sign of leadership adaptability and resilience. This Leadership Study will experiment with strategies to do just that. Hear from Danna Vaughn as she shares her story of stretch and resilience throughout her career.
Speaker: Danna Vaughn
Danna started at the police department in 1994. She moved up the ranks to Assistant Chief (first female) and held that position for 6 years before she retired (January 2022). Danna worked in several capacities at different ranks through her 27-year career: Patrol, Field Training Officer, Training Division, Community Services (D.A.R.E./S.R.O.), Administrative Services. She is now pursuing her education further in Veterinary Tech School.
