Membership

Join the more than 600 women who actively participate in the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute! By participating in CWLI’s programs, training, and networking opportunities, you will be joining a diverse group of women seeking to bring about change, broaden perspectives and develop strong women leaders. The vision for a sustainable Chattanooga is the reflection of strong leaders, building a network for the future.

CWLI offers four membership levels at which the member can pay annually or as a monthly recurring payment option for Regular, Sustaining and Legacy members to have their dues automatically drafted each month. The monthly draft will continue unless the member decides to terminate their membership.

  • Student membership is open to any full-time students ages 18+ and is renewable at the student rate for up to one year after graduation. Excludes post-graduate students.

Regular

  • Reduced rate access to all member events;
    includes free quarterly networking
  • Monthly e-newsletters for upcoming events

Sustaining

$25

Per Month
  • All Regular Membership benefits, plus…
  • Invitation to annual IMPACT VIP Reception, one (1) ticket to the annual Sustaining & Legacy Member Luncheon and (1) ticket to Annual Meeting
  • This level of membership provides sustaining operational support to CWLI.

Legacy

$1,000

Per Year
  • All Sustaining Member benefits
  • Invitation to exclusive Legacy Dinners
  • Provides funding to the Doris Sanders Scholarship Fund; provides operational support above and beyond any other membership level!

*Tax Information: In accordance with the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1993, we are required to notify you of the non-deductible portion of your dues related to benefits received. CWLI has computed 25% to be non-deductible for members’ income tax purposes for Sustaining membership and 19% for Legacy membership. CWLI is a charitable organization under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3) and, as such, your allowable membership dues may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution depending on your personal tax situation. Please consult your tax advisor.
