CHATTANOOGA WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (CWLI) PARTNERS WITH SHELLEY PREVOST OF BIG SELF SCHOOL TO LAUNCH 2ND YEAR LEADERSHIP TRACK
4-month intensive training designed to elevate your leadership, your team, and your company

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (February, 2023) — CWLI is pleased to announce the return of the Elevating Performance: Inner Leadership track for its second year. In partnership with Shelley Prevost of Big Self School, the 4-month intensive training is designed for dynamic leaders seeking research-based strategies to elevate themselves, their teams, and their companies.

This year’s cohort of 19 female leaders will engage in proactive exploration, guided learning, and hands-on training surrounding the 10 traits of effective leadership: self-knowledge, adaptability, boundaries, boldness, curiosity, communication, connection, self-care, values, and purpose. Each day-long session will address these traits through the exploration of a different theme, including Awareness, Trust, Action, and Nurturing.

Facilitator Shelley Prevost is the Co-founder of Big Self School, a personal growth school supporting the mental and emotional wellbeing of leaders through coaching, classes, books, a podcast, and events. She is a licensed therapist, educational psychologist, leadership coach, and Enneagram practitioner. She has over 25 years of clinical and coaching experience combined with 10+ years as a business coach and startup executive to help leaders be their wisest and most authentic selves.

The program runs from February 2023 to May 2023. This year’s 19 participants include: Amanda Satterfield (Alaray Creative), Amy Mohn (Kordsa), Brittney Calhoun (UTC), Brooke Maedel (Signal Energy), Erin Creal (Chattanooga Room In The Inn), Heather Edmondson (Edward Jones), Jamie Curtis (Crye-Leike Realtors), Jessica Cliche (La Paz Chattanooga), Keri Massengale (Jackson Furniture Industries Inc), Laura Farris (Chattanooga State), Lisa Kiner (Chambliss Law), Maria Ball (Kordsa), Misty Bolt (Medicare Misty), Pamela Anderson (TVA), Sarah Cate Patten (KL Coaching Inc), Stacey Nolan (CWLI), Tiffany Hays (Lync Logistics), Vanessa Blevins (CHATT Foundation), and Wendy Derstine (Site Core).
