We have witnessed many social movements such as #MeToo and #TimesUp over the last few years. These movements are paving the way for a new tone regarding women in society. Companies like JP Morgan Chase have seen this coming for a while and have strategically positioned themselves to intentionally recruit and retain high-quality female talent to their team. Learn how they have successfully navigated being inclusive while promoting equity and individuality. They have examined a myriad of solutions from flexible work options to leadership promotion to thought leadership. Come learn how we can work together to promote this thinking in our area.
