With a career in leadership, Cyndi knows that resiliency has roots in our ability to manage our lives around the many stressors that come our way.  She believes that yoga is an invaluable tool in creating physical strength and flexibility while creating an invaluable connection between mind and body.  Through regular engagement in mindful movement, the body begins to create stress response pathways that allow us to make decisions and judgments from a non-reactive space. ABOUT CYNDI: E-RYT 200, RYT 500, Certified Life Coach, MBA Chattanooga based yoga teacher, Cyndi Allen, has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for almost 8.  She holds a 200 hour and 500 hour certification, along with a Curvy yoga certification.  She has advanced training in anatomy, breathwork and has a special passion for accessibility in yoga for special populations including ALL BODY inclusivity regardless to shape or size, hypermobility and chronic pain conditions.  Her classes are light-hearted and engaging, and allow each student the opportunity to experience their own personal yoga practice. When not in the studio, Cyndi is an international claim quality adviser for a local insurance provider and a life coach.  As a life coach, she incorporates yoga as a method of relaxation and stress relief allowing her clients the opportunity to reach their full potential.  She is active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chattanooga as a Big Sister and serving as a current board member.
