CWLI is pleased to announce the return of the Elevating Performance: Inner Leadership track for its second year. In partnership with Shelley Prevost of Big Self School, the 4-month intensive training is designed for dynamic leaders seeking research-based strategies to elevate themselves, their teams, and their companies.

Chanda Chambers is a veteran, entrepreneur, welder, mom and a Chattanooga transplant by way of Alabama. She came to Chattanooga in 2012 through her first career in Human Resources. She then met her husband and the two launched their own business together in 2015, Chambers Welding and Fabrication.

The Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute (CWLI) is pleased to announce that Meghan Greene has assumed the role of Executive Director as of January 3rd, 2023. In her new role as Executive Director, she will work with the board of directors, staff, and volunteer leadership to create and implement strategies for the continued growth of CWLI’s reach and impact through leadership training, mentoring programs, networking, and corporate partnerships.
